Claudia Lifton
Claudia Lifton has worked in food systems advocacy for over a decade. She now works as the State Policy Advisor for an international nonprofit, advocating for a reduction in food related greenhouse gas emissions. Claudia is the chair of Denver’s Sustainable Food Policy Council and also serves on the environmental justice committee of Denver’s Sustainability Advisory Council.
Meredith Fast McReynolds
Meredith Fast McReynolds works as the Education Project Manager at the BeWell Health and Wellness, a health equity non profit. Meredith holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Cultural and Linguistic Diversity. A former teacher, she is very passionate about working with youth and ensuring people have equitable access to health foods, regardless of social factors. Meredith is excited to work with different members of the food growth, production, and vendor community to support equitable and sustainable policies.
