We are a group of enthusiastic, enterprising community members who care deeply about creating a food system that honors everyone in Denver. Some of us are/have been food-system professionals, but many of us are members simply because we are interested in creating a more dynamic, equitable experience of food within our community. SFPC members are appointed by the Mayor and supported by Ex-Officio members (city staff who provide significant support in supporting the activities of the SFPC). While council membership seats are limited, community members are warmly encouraged to attend our monthly council meetings and learn more about opportunities to get involved.
